Tomorrow is Halloween Night:
Make sure you eat a healthy meal before you go trick-or-treating so that candy is a dessert, not supper.
Remember Halloween safety:
– Make sure you travel in groups and/or with an adult.
– Have flashlights for added so you can see and be seen.
– Accessorize with glow-in-the-dark necklaces or bracelets or use reflective tape.
– Check your candy items before eating them. Many fire or police stations have check points.
